Metal Fabrication

Metal Fabrication within our shop includes the use of horizontal bandsaws, angle grinders, metal cutting circular saws plasma torches, tube bending. Much of the design and manufacturing we do is in house from plans the customer submits, our history of product development ideas, photos from the web, or simply hand sketches

Outside Services to meet in house value

We collaborate with other trades and craftsmen to meet the need of your project if there is a process we don’t currently provide in house. These services include cnc plasma cutting, machining capabilities and engineering. Subcontracting allows us to meet quality control and project budget by lowering overhead cost transfered to the client for machinery that is only used intemittently and has a high overhead cost

Metalworking

We consider metalworking to the be artistic or creative side of our business and metal fabrication as the creation of metal structures by cutting, bending, and assembling processes. In many ways metalworking and fabricaton can used interechangeably. We truly enjoy taking a web photo, idea or hand sketch from an individual or business and making it into a tangible product. Examples of this include custom furniture, indoor or outdoor

-Custom Furniture
We work with small mills use locally source Custom interior home design fixtures
-Signs, gates, handrails
-Custom Truck and Van roof racks, bumpers, internal outfitting etc
-Small Equipment repair

Welding

Welding service include Gas Metal Arc Weldin (aka GMAW or MIG) welding of steel and aluminum, Shielded Metal Arc Stick welding (aka Stick Welding or SMAW), and gas tungsten arc welding (aka Tungsten Inger gas or TIG) on steel, some stainless and aluminum.

Welding staff has both American Welding Society and Washington Association of Building officials welding test certifications and can meet engineering and code compliance to projects you have
